1. CYMBAL QUALITY.

• All cymbals are made of Turkish B20 bronze. That is 20% tin and 80% copper. If not, it will be noted in the specific cymbal info. (Like B8 bronze)

• Every cymbal is 100% made by me from the blank. 

• Like every other cymbals, my cymbals can crack. I do thoroughly check the cymbals before I send them away. If there are issues related to this that you feel is not you fault, we can discuss a solution. (Return or a new cymbal)

2. SHIPPING AND HANDLING.

• I pack the cymbals as good as possible.

• I ship within one week.

• I have flat shipping and handling rate.

  • Norway and Scandinavia: 150 NOK

  • Rest of the world: 350 NOK

3. RETURN

• I do not offer direct return. I try to provide as good as possible sound/video documentation of each cymbal. BUT if you feel the cymbal is sounding far from the documented content on my webpage, I am eager to discuss a solution. My main goal is that the cymbals I make is used, not just laying around.

4. CUSTOM CYMBALS.

• I do make custom cymbals. Your cymbal can be based on a YouTube video, recording or preferable, just copying an exciting cymbal. I like a challenge! Bear in mind that the cymbal on a recording has been though a audio "transformation/polish" through the recording process.

5. MODIFICATIONS.

• I do modifications.
   

6. TESTING CYMBALS IN TRONDHEIM.

• Sure! I have always a stock of cymbals in my workshop which can be tested. My workshop is really small so it might be better to test on location. If your in Trondheim I can bring a bag of cymbals for you to test. TIP: Bring a reference cymbal you like. It is easy to get blended and lose track of what you really prefer.
